What is a requirements profile?
Requirements profile: age of the hostess, which languages are spoken and how well, what experience does the hostess have in the event and promotion sector, professional background
Will I always be assigned to the same client?
No, with different clients, but you are free to choose whether you want to work there or not
What happens if there are spontaneous changes or questions during the event?
There is a contact person on the part of the customer or DEKRA
Do I have to expect unforeseen costs if, for example, hotels or flights become more expensive before the event?
For hostesses/hosts, flight and hotel costs are covered for supra-regional projects.
Who takes care of the briefing and accompanying training?
DEKRA sends the briefing to the hostesses/promoters. If a training day is required, this will also be organised.

What kind of customer events do I organise?

Will clothing be provided?
It depends on the event. Sometimes the clothing is provided and sometimes it comes from our own stock.
Will I be reimbursed for travelling expenses?
Depending on how far away you live and which project, you may receive travel expenses.
How often can I work for you as a student?
As a working student, you are always allowed to work 20 hours. If the student has a semester break, they are allowed to work 40 hours per week.
What is short-term employment?
Short-term employment refers to a type of employment relationship that exists for a limited period of time, typically for a period of up to three months or up to 70 working days per calendar year. This type of employment is often project-related or seasonal and offers both employers and employees flexibility and has no deductions for the employee.
